About Ana_Ruiz

Ana Ruiz was born in Madrid from Castilian, Basque, and Andalusian family. She is the daughter of the late and gifted Spanish artist, Manuel Ruiz . Ruiz enjoys traveling to her homeland as often as she can to visit family and research material for her web page Zambra Mora and articles as well as for her books. She is the author of Vibrant Andalusia , and is presently finishing her latest book on the history of Madrid. Ruiz also keeps busy teaching Spanish conversation and dance classes in Montreal, Canada.
